free international phone calls

if you have skype and the other person on the other side of the world has skype, dont ya get free voice and video calls or at least voice calls ??? I'm not sure as Ive not used skype yet internationally ? (as long as you have a microphone and webcam I mean or at least one of these items).

Yes you rite, you can surely but, with Skype one has to be signed in always.......... I mean logged in, where by with Viber, Tango, and Line Talk you don't need to sign in........... all you need is your internet is ON all the time.........And you can just dial the phone number like normal phone calls.............
