Ebay Banned me Help

ebay will only suspend or ban your account if you fail to pay, or are not sending out items that have been purchased resulting in negative feedback,, usually 3 strikes and your out
even if you set up another account it would still be linked to your new account unless you use someone else's name which in itself is dishonest.

ebay only protects the buyer if the item you have sold is not as listed or you have not got proof of postage.

if you can't run your original account properly why would you want another?? best thing to do is try get your account reinstated and use it properly, most negative feedback only stays on a year anyway

I use to sell lovely chinese goods on eBay and made a good fortune on them, i was banned and still am, having trued over a variety of 3 adresses, 3 debit cards and multiple names and phone numbers, i cannot sell on eBay anymore. Somehow they manange to work ou its me.. ive used bran new pc's which are outside my house, i can use my account to buy and thats cool, but the day i list something for sale, i get banned and my paypal gets limited.

You need to move house, possibly move country or continents..

Sell your car, wife and kids.. your parents will need to go into hiding for the foreseeable future.

And last but not least you will need to close your account on your favorite and only website that looks after you and never banned you! DIGITAL KAOS - Worlds bestest, greatest ever website!


Then, Maybe just maybe... you might be able to reopen a new ebay account...

Really Dissapointed my Ebay account has been suspended' I've had my account for some years and have had a number of negatives but lots of positives.
These days i think buyers have far to much to say in what could result in a ban or negative feedback and all ebay seem to do is protect the buyer

Does anyone no of a way to successfully open a new Paypal and eBay account

Cool wounder how they do it. What about selling a coffee mug or old rudty spanner? Buy something then sell it again. Unless what you selling not aloud. Gps jammers no longer sold on there

I got banned, My wife sold one off her prada handbags genuine 100% with receipt from Flannels to some git in the usa.The git in the usa said it was not real so she returned a complete fake that did not even look like the original.Because she sent something back tracked and signed for paypal refunded her money would not listen that it was not my wifes original item.So they froze my account for 180 days then banned me as well as being ?600 out of pocket.

Just send back with tracking number etc you get refund
Even if its an empty box!
Best video opening the box etc
Paypal is on buyers side not on sellers side

Same here tbh. I've been with them 10 years now. 100% feedback on getting on for 700 transactions, big and small.. Stuck to the rules. Followed the correct dispute procedures to the letter rather than seeking dodgy advice on internet forums.

...or am I just lucky?
