    ebay interfering with customer feedback

I purchased an item of ebay a little while ago. I had nothing but truoble making it work properly for the first two weeks. I contacted the seller for advise & he suggested a few different options to try, but item did not operate like it should & seller told me to return the item. Before I returned the item a workaround was found & the item started working, & I notified the seller. "BUT" other things staretd to go wrong & I was unable to use the item as described in the listing.

We again exchanged emails regarding the problems & the seller could not offer any suggestions. I then requested to return the item for a refund but the seller refused & started making excuses. I then made a ebay/paypal claim for "item not as described" within the 45 days allowed & it was ruled in my favour. I returned the item & have received a full refund BUT my negative feedback to the seller has been removed by ebay.

I am trying to find out why my feedback was removed BUT cannot get any answers from ebay.
This is what it says on their site... "We'll only remove Feedback in certain, limited situations - such as cases where we believe the Feedback breaches our policies".

My feedback did not breaches any policies, it was polite, truthful & honest for my experiance with this seller.
So why is ebay interfearing with my honest feedback

No, no mention of item being fake/couterfeit.
Just listed what the problems were, which the seller was already aware of , no swearing or anything rude.
Ebay/paypal still not answering my email to explain why they are interfearing with an honest feedback.
Could it be because the seller is a registered business seller & ebay/paypal dont want to loose any income from him.
