eBay account suspended due to -ve feedback

Feel the rage guys.. been a member since 2003 over 700 postive 100% feedback.. and eBay has suspended my account and gave a reason that it was due to a trend of neutral/negative feedback and/or leaving 1 or 2 star detailed feedback.. what a complete joke !! And I can't appeal either..

Thought feedback was about being honest.. guess not!! I won't be leaving feedback to anyone anymore..

probably four or five.. I had stopped selling an year and half ago due to the 10% FVF but this is a complete joke.. I wish I could speak to someone and give them my peace of mind.. Whats annoying me is that the action was taken due to feedback I left..

its fully automated, this is why no appeal process even if area manager for uk sees in your favour. the main one for suspension due to feedback is called feedback manipulation. this happens when you have repeat customers leaving you positive the computer used to see this as you getting people you know fake feedback.
this used to happen to me and lots others that had same business as me, i sold phone unlock codes and lots of shops used us and kept coming back. ebay never admitted there was a problem with the automated feedback checking system. but due to the ceo of ebay uk this does not happen anymore.....

the customer service team wont have a clue when you speak to them, they will just repeat what little it states on the screen. all you can do is accept the 30day suspension but after you will have low compliance on your account.

it pays to run 2 unrelated ebay business not linked in anyway so if this happens again then you still can trade. last time they did this to me they took nearly 1800 feedback from me but they did return the end seller fees for the 1700 which came as a credit so i had a month with no payments to ebay

so is it just a 30 day suspension or permanent? I thought it was suspended permanently? also when I logged in, it says "Not a registered member" beside my name.

no you have to speak to them on the chat thing and they will tell you when suspension is up, i still had to chase them to reactivate mine as it still wasnt put back after ban. it cost me about ?1600 in profit that month and nothing that i had done wrong.
