    Gazza off the rails again

wonder if he fancies going on the pish with the dk pts

PIE-eyed Paul Gascoigne is helped off a train by his chum Five Bellies yesterday after falling off the wagon AGAIN.

The soccer legend ? who swore off the booze six months ago because he was drinking himself to death ? stumbled out of first class so plastered he could barely walk.

His Geordie oldest mate - real name Jimmy Gardner - was waiting on the platform to meet him in Newcastle and grabbed the former England idol's arm to stop him falling over.

Shocked passengers watched as Gazza, 42, CLUNG to his buddy for support and REELED to a bench.

He then sat SLUMPED for five minutes until Five Bellies, 46, hauled him to his feet and led him to a waiting limo.

The alcoholic slurred: "I feel sick."

The Newcastle launch of a five-a-side tournament for ex-pros - which Gazza was meant to attend - took place while he was on the train from London.
    Smashed

King's Cross station commuter Mark Pearson, 37, spotted him catching the noon train which arrived in Newcastle at 2.58 after hearing someone cry: "Look, it's Gazza - and he's absolutely smashed."

The star was leaning on another man for support.

Mark, from Stevenage, Herts, said: ?I?ve never seen anyone so drunk.

"He fell over his own holdall but the man managed to catch him.

?It took him five minutes to walk 20 yards to hand his ticket to the inspector.

Gazza, who in a previous bender had to be revived when his heart stopped, quit the booze in December and checked into rehab.

Three months ago he told The Sun he had feared for his sanity after two plastic parrots became his best friends.

Only last week he looked to be in rude health as he was snapped in London with new blonde girlfriend Emma Kate Dawson, 21.

A raging alcoholic.. doomed to end up like Bestie it seems,
Read his autobiography awhile back and it was the most boring football biography I've ever read,
All he wrote about was going on the piss and playing pranks on his mates.

i just wish to god he would sort himself out. what a waste. hate to see him going down the george best road. that new g/f he has looks as if she is going to use him for what she can get. he is pressing the self destruct button big time. he had so much he could offer young kids and has thrown it all away or drank it down his neck.

yeah its a shame to see such a once talented player go the way he is and your right he is mirroring what happened to bestie.

Regards to his new gf though, she is a nice girl, emma lived quite close to me and we went to the same school, he hasnt got money left for her to take him for, however it may help her modelling career being linked with such a high profile

I think he has had all the help and chances now to go straight, i cant see him beating it this time...

someone needs to lock him in a room and throw away the key

big shame as he was a good laugh as a youngin and could have been a better person if he had agreed to join Man Utd as Fergie might have kept him right.

Loved him as a player , but seems destined to self destruct , cant see him going on much longer , needs grabbing by the neck and showing whats hes throwing away .....l
