Don't talk to me about credit cards.
Had to get one 2 years ago because we went on a cruise for me 40th, after about 6 months some bugger managed to get me details and racked up a ?1500 bill.I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I do not know the answer. -

its for people who cant get a credit card (or dont want a credit line) and only have things like solo cards which cant be used on some websites or shops..
its techniaclly not a credit card as you dont get any credit.. you load your own money onto it..
It's a pre-paid Master Card
Its ideal for using abroad when on holiday.. you cant get scammed then..
For instance you have saved up ?500 to spend on holiday.. pop down the post office and get a pre-paid mastercard, load your ?500 on it.. no need for Euros, Travellers Checks, Normal Credit Card etc.. spend you holiday money.. bin it (snapped up first of course
