What Are your thoughts on Urban Foxes and Domestic Cats ?

That programme on the bbc earlier on Tue night (Fox Wars) about urban foxes, I say we need a mass Cull of the flippin things man as they are nothing worse than filthy disgusting dog rats that rip your lawns up and pizz and shet everywhere, only thing as bad and I think the owners are/and should be held at fault is Domestic Cats that the "owners" let out "of their own houses" to go and pizz and shet in/and rip up other peoples gardens etc, disgusting Creatures both of them ! (in my opinion), whats yours ?

The guys in the programme that can legally shoot them have the right Idea, I don't believe they should be extinct obviously, nowhere near it infact, but they defo need a Cull done on them to cut down on the numbers as they are breeding like rats !

As for Domestic Cats and their owners, hmmm, I will leave that one up to you to decide, , I gather you already know my strong thoughts on that especially now that I have just got a new garden with new real Grass Lawn etc which is approx the size of a 5 a side football pitch or just a touch smaller !

Would rather have a cat than a fox for a pet

I've had plenty of domestic (indoor) cats in which I didn't let outdoors because of it being too dangerous and they wouldn't be able to fend for themselves otherwise.

good one mate, I just hate both the flookers, grrrrrr, the damage and mess they have done to my lawns and flower beds etc for yearssssssssssssssss is unreal man, not to mention the utter stench of that cat pizz that they spray everywhere, ohh man its disgusting, I wish all cat owners kept their cats indoors or have a garden totally netted off so that they could just shet and pizz all over their garden and I betya any money you want that the owners wouldn't be long in thinking about having a cat in the first place, , however wild urban foxes, totally different story man !!!!!!

only ever seen one fox in the big bad city, bout 3 years ago, think it must have seen the "shut" sign on the door as it turned and went the other way, no idea what it wanted, but lost a sale.

@ bobwill, I have tried those water blasters but they are fun to start with but become tedious after a certain time, still enjoyable though, .

There is really no answer at all to be completely rid of Foxes and cats, foxes maybe yes if you can figure out how they are getting in, but cats nope, never man, I hate both of the filthy minging things man ! , they make garden life a misery especially if your a garden lover and spend a lot of money on it etc

I like urban foxes. The simple fact is that if there was no food for them, they would move on. So get your stinking neighbours to tidy their sh!t up.

You do know that a fox will attack/kill a cat if it gets an opportunity.

Cats are a great source of entertainment for me & exercise for the dog. The look of panic on their faces when they realize not only can't they out run him, but he's a hell of a lot faster & will reach their escape hole before they do.
Sadly they don't seem willing to come back after being chased around my garden by a land shark.

I've seen a fox or two in an urban setting and I've always preferred cats to dogs. A cat is less of a liability to you should you be going off on holidays as it is said that cats always have two homes.
We should never forget exactly what they are, animals, so therefore- unpredictable.
