How to stand up to the police

Guys I watched this today and just had to share it.
Basically this guy observes a copper using a mobile phone in his van, while his engine is running. He starts to film it.

Sorry but I think he was being a prat.......I am by no means a lover of the old bill but it was obvious he was wrong in a legal sense......the bobby wasn't on the public highway and was parked up with handbrake applied..............if he was filmed on a road driving then by all means I would love to see him getting done but alas he was filmed in a car park.

Sorry mate but the law in Scotland says that private property that is open to the public is indeed a public place. I've seen cops catching loads of phone users and no entry sign abusers on private land open publicly.

The police in Scotland sure do have a lot of time on their hands to stand and argue about the legalities of using a mobile phone in a van when the engine is running and parked don't they? If they were right, they'd have just walked away and ignored him. Obviously they were wasting time and making up excuses *shrug*
