got a pair of car OE HID headlights and the ballasts, just need a 'mixing jug' or something to put them in, then can go blinding these sodding car drivers on the way to/from work, either everything tooo small or WAY WAY to large

There was an inferior site a while back.. must say it wasnt inferior at the time.. but this site got shut down and the site owner arrested..

I think he was doing some sort of chipping?? bit harsh to get arrested when they could of bought frozen chips from aldi and oven cooked them...

Forget HID for revenge. Get yourself a 50000mW laser with variable focus. A couple of 18650 batteries & a bike mount.
You'll be blinding everyone in no time.
