is there a program for windows that can pause live radio so i can get english comatary when i watch 13e (prem games)

Nice idea, but main concern would be DK first then you might get a delay on the sound

VLC media player can pause and rewind live stuff. The Jump Backward option works with live audio streams.
VLC has hundreds of features that most people don't know about. It makes sense that the program has the ability to rewind a live stream.
I did a little checking. The default buffer appears to be 300 seconds (5 minutes). I imagine you could bump the buffer to 15 to 20 minutes (or more) without any problems.
Don't ask me how to set this up as i haven't a clue...ich bin stolz ein deutscher zu sein.
