thanks for the replies and the sympathy guys but i am definately appealing and i believe i have a very good case

they have no evidence or proof of fraud they just believe it to be true

on the other hand i have moved asbestos and been round houses of management and there friends houses too and it definately wasnt on the books

i also know that the supposed uk's leading waste provider pretends to recycle some of its national account customers rubbish,when really after they have taken there time segregating the rubbish we come round and put it all in the same wagon as general waste

they think we send 2 wagons if only they knew

big business these days recycling i have a feeling i may win my case after all tribunals are public and somehow i dont think it will get that far

Send the appeal paperwork ASAP (you generaly get 14 days) i suspect this is just a formality though and your case will fall on deaf ears.

It's at a tribunal you can really screw the fu-kers to the wall
Hope it plays out well for you and at the very least you get a payout to tide you over till something crops up.

On the bright side though your likely to move on to an even better job so no worries.
