First thing i did when buyiing was see what area's had Vm and then i asked if was installed.
If there was no vm in area i scored it off list, ok thats my handy hint for buying house, and she was all against it, and we later went back to the house's i rejected as no vm, and to this day she never been happier.

you's lot are off you're trees big style.....i mean possibly giving up a house you love because virmin aren't in the area, when it could very well be totally off within the year
