not allowed download

You wait for the server to update, will take about ten minutes after your first post.

by reading you welcome email etc you would be aware that you need to make one decent post in the forum... You will then need to wait 20 - 30 minutes for your download rights to be activated on the server...

What the hurry.?. you have only asked how to speed up your PC so far and nobody has given you links to software on this site that has stuff you need.
