        Its the other way round for me, this memory foam one weve got now is causing the probs i think.
        Anyway, bought a traditional sprung one yesterday (not too expensive) so we'll see how that goes.
        I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I do not know the answer.

            for me the best way to relieve any back pain is move around i find that lying around in bed causes me a lot of pain on. but i have found that the beds that are supposedly better for you ie the orthopedic type seem to me to make things much worse

              don't go foam

              As stated above - a well made sprung mattress should give you years of good service

                  Aye.. I think your spot on there Red, i don't think it matters if a mattress is posturepedic, orthopedic, if it suits you then its the right one.


                  I wouldn't trust a water bed though, with my luck summat would bound to bugger up.
