WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN HELP I AM TRYING TO OPEN A BIN FILE BUT EVERYTIME I TRY WINDOWS IS GIVING ME A LIST OF PROGRAMS BUT NONE WILL OPEN FILE WILL BE GLAD OF ANY HELP
