Why can't I download attachments in posts?

if you read your welcome email you'd know m8......you have to make one worthwile post, preferably in the introduction section then wait for the server to add your download priveleges, could take upto 30 mins, but if they aren't on yet dont start just posting crap to download faster as you might end up getting an infraction or bannedPS3= krazylegz120282
