Need some help with selecting a TV bench

Basically got the panasonic plasma on the wall need some help selecting a stand anyone here recommend some sites please? I am looking for a low bench!

Also need info about the outside aerial well basically i have the aerial set up already and i have the feed plugged in the tv and i get freeview chanels. I now want freeview on my new TV too how do i go about splitting the signal for the freeview?
Also is it okay to use coaxial cable (like u use on cable)?
Can you advise about the splitters etc i will need

for the stand havee a look at empiredirect.co.uk i bought my tv and stand from there. i think the coaxial cable should be ok and just buy a tv ariael splitter not an expert but i used a normal splitter before i bought a tv amp
