    Metallica Marlay Park Dublin

Getting ready to head off to Dublin to see Metallica.
    Hope the weather is ok.
A bit flustered at thin lizzy breaking up was looking forward to seeing them at acdc also.

    Anyone else going today?

Radio refused to play their songs on the rdio back in the early days, they ganed fame and fortune from touring relentlessly and relying on kids to pirate bootlegs to spread the word.

Cut to a quarter of a century later and theyre suing Napster for doing merely what gave them success in the first place.
Such hypocracy, Lars Ulrich can suck a dick.

The thing is i used to love metallica, the unforgiven was the first song i leraned to play on the geetar. Used to idolise James Hetfield.
Loved the Cliff Burton epic bass solos, thought that Mustain being replaced by Hamet was a good move and even liked them after Cliff got wasted in the bus accident.
Then the whole scandal with Suing napster and ive never looked back.
Garage inc was their last CD that i purchased, ive even still got a copy of the black albm on vinyl somewhere in my parents loft.

But like i said, after the whole WE R SUE U scandal i just lost interest as did the majority of my friends.
