Fishes Heads

Guys i an getting a family get together, and will be making a 3 course lunch, Fish soup to start, maybe a nice steak main course with Aberdeen angus beef steak, and maybe a creme brulee sweet. now some family members are sound as a pound and others are a pain in the ass, so i was thinking of a fishes head to reflect what i think of people, by cooking the fishes heads and putting them on show in the soup.

Need help in choosing easy available fish that are really ugly over the counter, and maybe some nice fishes heads for the nicer members.

Not a bad idea , ... lets see how well it goes down.. its in 2 weeks time.

Not knowing anything about fish or your family, can you 'get distracted' and 'accident pt' (iShit Failiure) put double lemon juice on some heads and none on others, as you was sending a tweet, made a mistake.

Monk fish, can be bought at a lot of places, though usually they only sell tails for soup. I'm sure some fishmonger will have a nice head collection to sell you.
