    hmm.. one flew over RIAT in 2001 flanked by 2 F16's.. it was very quiet IMHO

    The Typhoon is also very very loud..

    dont want to be an arse but its called Nellis Air Force Base.. and its never had a B2 based there

        It would be for me the Concord ! which used to go over where I grew up twice a day leaving behind it a sonic boom which shock houses in a 10 mile radious as it broke the sound barrier !

        But the older Boeing 707s, 727s & 737s were the loudest Aircraft before the introduction of hushkits making todays aircraft quiet in comparison !

        The loudest Aircraft presently flying is in the Americian Airforce called the KC-135 Stratotanker from Boeing introduced in 1957 for aerial refueling followed by the Antonov An-225 the record for noise goes to the SR-71 blackbird now decommissioned.....

            She must wander down here occasionally. The copter is flying above at the moment. She is not in a nut house down here, they are all fool.

                  F35 or JSF or JCA (name depends on who you talk to...) is ~~~~ing loud... when it is sitting on the tarmac idling its louder than a harrier at full throttle... The residents around Eglin Air Force Base is the US where the pilots will be trained for this aircraft are very unhappy about it as it is noiser than anything they have experienced..
