I wonder if someone know from where I can get a business database of Dubai, in fact, almost all countries of Middle East and Asia countries. The Database may contain following fields:

Speaking as someone who has experience in the Middle East, it will be difficult for you to obtain a definitive list of businesses in the U.A.E. The infastructure is terrible over there for this sort of thing, and the economy, particularly in Dubai is very boom/bust. Not to the degree of bust but many, many businesses are struggling out there. Particularly ones in neighbouring Sharjah (if you've been, you'll barely noticed the shift out of Dubai city into Sharjah until you reach the outskirts) and Umm-al-Quwain.

I think maybe Abu Dhabi will have a little more solid directory purely as it is the prime business hub for the U.A.E., and has been built up a lot better planned, as opposed to Dubai scramble for grandeur.

Even so, neither place uses addressing extensively, i.e., you can't land at Abu Dhabi or Dubai airport and point to an address and expect to be taken. They work off landmarks and bigger streets.

I often struggle with contacts in the Middle East, most particularly U.A.E but even Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman etc. None are good.

Your best bet would be to build from sites like above which allow business proprieters in the M.E. to outreach. I doubt you would be able to assimilate such a database though per se. It would be very much sift through the crap to get to the juicy stuff.

Out of interest, why do you need such a database? And what industry in partic?

Same as above. The majority of it will be nationalised though by the Emiratii government. Used Google for services. The majority of attractions / tour ops in the U.A.E. don't have a credible website though, as you will discover through your research.
