On early Feb 2015, I and my wife when for a cruise in Sapphire Princess and had already made full payment for it. It was short cruises which start from Singapore to Penang to KL and back to Singapore.
Nothing happen on the first day but on second day of our cruise, we discover a surprise charge to our account which state ?~~~~~~~y? amounting to US$11.50 per day per person. We were shock and puzzle as why we are charge with this amount which were not make known to us in the very beginning. After reasoning with them at the front desk, they finally agree to waive off this charges.
But this is when our nightmare begins. They increase the temperature of our room to unbearable temperature and made funny noises that keeps us awake the whole night. Such cunning, evil and low-class tactics use on 2 simple innocent clients.
It really surprises us as businesses in cruise are big and financially strong, it?s not a business for any Tom and Harry. But regretfully to say, such a big company needs to uses such low-class tactics to con clients for more charges. Moreover, this is a company consisting of British Bosses which are usually considered as of a higher class and integrity in the eyes of others nationality. It is really sad, rich British businessman needs to use such business strategy to con money.
In view of the above, I would like to warn everyone not to sign-up any cruises with Sapphire Princess as they are CON businessman.
