      What spieces?

Did you know its actualy the placenta that holds seeds that generate the bulk of the heat, the white stuff surrounding the seeds is the most volitile?
In technical terms they contain the most Capsaisinoids (Capsaicin and Dyhydrocapcaicin ti be extremely fecicious)

Cut the tops off, scrape out the seeds and placenta and the internal memberane, then fill with a cream cheese like Mascapone or philidelphia, then dunk in egg, into breadcrumbs, into the egg and into the breadcrumbs again then toss em into a chip pan till golden and they taste AWESOME.

mmm that sounds nice I'm gonna have myself some of them. I grow my own chillies too.
We sometimes get the chilli pakora from our local indian cuisine restaurant. Fortunately they use large mild chillies dipped in pakora batter cause most of us "westerners" are a bit wimpy when it comes to the hot stuff

I have free chillis and free eggs, Unfortunately I aint got a Philly plant, but I reckon I am gonna have a go at these. I even bought 2 tubs of breadcrumbs the other day for my grouse burgers, so I am almost sorted.

The hottest raw chillies you can get are called Dorset Naga. They reach almost 1 million on the Scoville scale, which is the measure by which a chilli's heat is measured.
The most a Scotch Bonnet will get to is about 300K, a third of a Dorset Naga!
The capsaicin element of chilli, which gives it it's heat, is rated at 16 million in it's purest form, and believe it or not there have been concentrated chilli 'sauces' (if you could call them that) that have been made up to that strength.

But beware, eating even a single Dorset Naga could kill you! This stuff really messes with your heart, your circulation and your nervous system. In small doses it's really good for you, but go over the top and look out!

The Scoville Heat Scale for Chilli Peppers and Hot Sauces from ChilliWorld. Compare relative heats all the way to Blair's 6 A.M. - pure capsaicin.
