    BINMEN!!!!!!!!

last night i cleaned out the rx7 of all the gear, ipod sat nav stereo front, cd's, clothes. put them in a sainsburies bag for life thingy. i put the back in my house and took the car to the garage. this morning i put my bin at the end of my drive with 2 sacks. i put my carrier bag with the sat nav and stuff in it on my door step( iwas going to put it all in my other car)

so i run upstairs to get changed. i here the binmen come and do the rubbish. i run downstair to find my bag had gone!!! i check the bin and it is empty but the 2 sacks were next to it??? the lorry is driving off! the ****ers had taken my stuff!!!

the dodgy bit: i phone the council. the guy said its their policy NOT to go into gardens because this sort of thing could happen. he gives me details of the insurance dept. this woman is a prat!! she said that they can go into gardens and collect what they beleive to be rubbish!!! i said it clearly wasnt rubbish and they should check 1st. she then said they dont need too?? i thought this was a bit strange. so i said i want a job there cus i could rob everyone and say its ok, i thought it was rubbish!! she said no because they decide wether its rubbish or not. so i then said they check it then? you can see where this is going........

****ing bitch!!! any hoo, the police are now inverstigating

    rant over

          Unlucky.

As long as they pay up yer should be ok, don't forget that full set of Ping golf clubs they accidently threw in too.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I do not know the answer.

I don't know if it is still the case. It used to be if you put stuff out on bucket morning it immediately became the property of the Council.

i think its bull what the council have told you....back in the old days when they used to walk in your garden and hump the metal bins up your path on their shoulders fair enough, but now if my bin isnt exactly at the end of my path they wont touch it

It annoys me when you go to tip they don't come anywhere near you unless you have something interesting!now they are not allowed to take anything so they stay well away.... There jackets say "happy to help" it should say "happy to watch".

I can see them refusing to empty them if they are facing the wrong way. They used to open the bin cupboards and take the bin out, empty it and put the empty bin back in the cupboard. Changed days.

Binmen around here wont take the bins if they're not outside the end of the garden . I would write a letter to the C.E.O of the Council and demand an investigation and compensation.

                              THE TRUTH
                              The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.
