hi im looking for advice my old honda car is worth about 500 quid but someone ran into it and the damage makes it a write off and it was his fault so will i only get 500 for it cause you coudnae get another half decent one for that any advice

they should give you enough to buy the same reg and model have a look about online and see what they go for

if they offer less show them some examples of what you would have to pay and demand the extra you should not be out of pocket its not your fault
