Vpn for stream home network

Hi all

Im looking to stream my xbox one to my laptop via the xbox app on windows 10 on different network for example be on works network and still play my Xbox on my laptop.

It works great on my home network but want to know how to create a vpn so i can get my laptop to think its on home netowrk
Can you help ?
