had a plaggy cop come round today doing a survey on the area, any probs with anti social behaviour etc, i said not really except ive seen this duf on a motor bike running around with no hlemet on a few times, she said unfortunately we cant give chase if they dont have a helmet on, wtf ?, so did a bit of googling and came up with the link below old report but it confirms what the plaggy cop said, so basically do a robbery then chuck ya helmet and will get off scot free, elf n safety pish gone mad.

Rumours it’s not the force to blame its getting to expensive catching petty criminals they are not funded any more by our govt infect the force are cutting down officers on the bit because of lack of money, they concentrating on big issue.

Sorry I thought a policeman's job was principally to catch criminals!!
I didn't appreciate the expensive cost of risk assessment forms to fill in before he can blow his whistle or even shout "stop in the name of the law"
I must be very complicated calculating their retirement fund though?
