Satkings problem

Well, could someone tell me what the hell happened to satkings?
Cause I haven't a bloody clue.
Things haven't been right for a few months, but I'll see if I can point out certain things,
1. Satman got himself a new job, which left him with little time to admin satkings,
2. Nagra3 rollout brought about a serious reduction in visitors to the site/
3. I have no idea where Cableman has been for months (Cableman was the other Admin)
4. I have no idea what's been happening, have heard nothing from any of the other moderators either.
This is actually the first time I've seen any questions posted on the status of the site all week.

and 5, I need to readjust to not having mod status again hehehehe,
Does Digital-Kaos need a new mod by any chance?

doesn't bode well for sk so. i'll run the gauntlet and say this site has all the makings of a new home for me !!

I'd expect most of the SK regulars to find their way here. Personally I liked the small community feel to the place. DK feels more like central London by comparison.

But I see the motor section coming in handy from time to time.

Give it a month & I'm sure we'll be settled in. Still hoping for SK to come back to life.

I've talked to infoman about this, and he is just as in the dark as I am, and he was the second mod appointed (or was it first?? sorry info)
Haven't seen Jay online in weeks, p2p2p is nowhere to be seen, andiewell too.
But it looks decent enough around here alright, now remind me, this is where bumble is banned yes?

Hi Peeps im still around but its been the same with me trying to contact people to no avail, but as Luse says a few changes has been happening, but lets just hope there's a bit of confusion / repairing going on ?

Its not the first time the site has gone down..

they have had many occasions in the past where they have been changing the place , or even satkings himself went on holiday and the other Admin didnt have access or rights to re start the server.

Lets hope thats all it is..

but i must stress, i very much doubt that they have pulled a fast one, these guys are good guys. I just hope they are not in some kind of trouble.

The other occasions when the site was down temporarily there was on the first occasion notification given and on others a error message on the page, saying an email has been sent.
But, hopefully it's a fixable solution which is remedied promptly.

nice to have you peeps on here but no bumbles not banned from here,lets hope your hard feelings and arguments from sat kings dont spill over from there. its a nice site this,ive even told a few jokes without getting any sarky remarks. satkings has gone and good riddence i say,it was so so clicky,and going down hill anyway
