DK is best viewed on Firefox?

well after the mess Firefox has made of the last few revisions, I've moved (I've been with Mozilla from their start) I'm using Opera now, and it loads DK, way faster than FF does. I ain't come across anything it does not do faster.........yet. Like three downloads, running at the same time, all coming down a 730kbs+ and all three files were over 50mb with two over 250mb.

If it aint broke, don't fix it!
If its broke, fix it and use it again!
If it proper broke, use it for something else!

I agree with @firemouth on this one... I have had a few probs my self with firefox recently... and like @firemouth have been using firefox for a long time. I'm also using Opera and am more than happy with the results. If i had been typing this with firefox... it would have crashed by now and you would not be reading it... "Not a bad thing i hear you say"... So if like us you are having trouble with ff... give opera a try... its worth it.
    Regards @manx.

Your quite right Buddy -- I've been having fun with FIREFOX as well.... it seems to be getting worse with every update [I'm on
      Version 3.5.3]

My problem is that I seem to be forever clicking "TRY AGAIN" when it doesn't find yet another popular URL

Does OPERA have a NO-SCRIPT type option though??

      Thanks for the Info!

        I thought it was me.
I have been switching between Windows IE and Firefox as some sites work better on one than the other.

think its all a bit trial and error. what works for 1 might not work for another.

I've not had any bother with FF ever...

I also use Opera, IE and Safari to check the site in all browsers so I know the differences.

            I still prefer FF...

              Me too???

Maybe it is a provider issue as opposed to a server issue, but I am just a pleb and don't know about such things

i have also been trying out seamonkey... which has the same underlining gecko code as ff... and am not having any problems with that... strange.

Running both FFOX and OPERA at the moment -- after emptying the cache and dumping a few ADDONS, FFOX seems to be running better -- and certainly matching OPERA.......

I still think the NO-SCRIPT addon on FFOX gives it the edge???

I find it strange how different folk experience different things with the same programmes. It is intriguing especially as most of us know how to use said programmes properly.

                          Any tried Chrome??
I use it quite a bit, Firefox is still my default browser, but i chrome's loading speed is impressive.

been using firefox for years but finding myself using it less and less now - slower than a week in the jail at loading some sites.
