forum disclaimer?

Where did you get the forum disclaimer from at the foot of each page. Ive been searching for a mod like this on vb...........org but cant find one.
The one that lets you do this-

not even sure its a hack/option addon, im sure when i had vb you had an option in settings for a foot note and you typed it in your self what you wanted it to say.

witchy i dont think hes asking whether it would save him or anyone,whether it does or not isnt in question he's just asking where to get one.

using admin control panal,, edit your footer template manually( in all appropriate styles ) mate,, real easy
