Upgrade f3 channels

Hi


I am unable to update channels as the remote sensor on my Sky F3 box is broken


So I am unable to press the yellow key to preform the final part of the upgrade


Any suggestions on this problem

and also any idea where to get a new sensor

It will be cheaper and less hassle to just get another box as the F3 is an older openbox, perhaps look at the openbox v8s or a complete upgrade and get e Zgemma
