Looking to book an inspection for a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for a couple of properties.

What do I need to do to achieve top marks on the EPC???

Brick the windows up & turn gas/electric/water off

has to be 100% efficent, no waste heat/water!

thought these were ditched years ago?
