i have the 8 gig iphone 1st edition , there a great prog i use , called iphone pc suite which allows u just to drag and drop files on to ur iphone without going anywhere near itunes , plus lots more.

@ erazor i bought it on the ?35 contract for ?159 on contract for the 16gb and so far i have been very impressed and would highly recommend it!


@ biffo are u on on contract? you could upgrade if you were?

i guess you iphone is jailbroken?

i did have an ipod touch that i jailbroke and it had some fine apps but then i sold it

now i have an 8gb touch not jailbroken and a 16gb iphone 3g both on firmware 2.0



i really like the remote app from itunes store (it is free too )
