What does everyone drink when they end up out?

Spirits
For me its usualy Sailor Jerry and Coke. (no Jerry? then its Mount Gay, OVD, or Morgans at a push)

Single Malts (if we wind up somewhere "classy" and they have a decent malt of the month)

Cocktail's
Its gotta be OLD SKOOLS!
Old skool:
1x pitcher with crushed ice
3x southern comfort
2x disaronno
a couple of lime wedges
slap in a can of red bull
then top with cranberry juice.

The stuff gets you wrecked in a bad way, in that you dont feel drunk till you need to move and realise your just going to have to pish the barstool.
Its "am no drunk ya tit" before looking at the ceiling stuff.
Its hard to find anywhere that makes them so if thats out of the question then i'll settle for "El Diablos" which is just tequilla and raspberry liquer.

Beer
Im an Ale man personaly and will drink any speciality (usualy to ill effect) if its slim pickings i'll resort to Tenents Velvet (the only tennants product that doesnt taste like barrel wash), Bellhavens or if im south of the border Tetleys bitter, John Smiths or whatever happens to be on tap.

so whats everyone elses poisons?

Dont't drink Spirits but mines a Carling or a good ol bottle of Buckfast.

fav drink is a black russian mmm. (out with the girlies on sat so might have a few - not drank for nearly 3 months)

anyone that knows me will know that i love "stiffys" the drink

im not a shot drinker - aftershock, zambuca, baileys etc yeuch but kola flavoured stiffies is fantastic.

once asked the barman at the counting house in glasgow if he sold any " drinks called stiffys" his reply

well omg my pal linda who is a quiet wee soul nearly fainted and half of the customers round the bar turned round and looked (no music on). i was pillar box red.

dont like beer but like kopperberg pear cider

Sailor Jerry is rum bottled by the tattooist that went by the same name, its good stuff, check it out next time your out.


Cant drink Vodka because it causes violent outbursts of homicide and GBH, im not an "angry" drinker or a violent person in general. i usualy get mellowed out and want to sleep, but for some reason vodka with me is like giving steroids to a gorilla then kicking him in the balls... it has seriously bad effects. Therefore i avoid the stuff like the plague, why ruin everyones night by being a dickhead right?

Cocktails are fun precisely because theyre not the normal "pish through a dirty sock" beers that are on tap and i can drink em all night without passing out.

And i prefer spirits because i dont need to wind up in the bathroom as often, beer in general makes me piss like theres no tommorow.

So im not gay, just smart enough to stick to what will give me and everyone else a good night, and i very rarely drink to get wasted, just a mild buzz
