Hi all help needed with eurovox 7000 HD

Hi every one,i have just purchased a eurovox 7000 HD +. Can any one give me a idiots gide how to install the good stuff. i can only get 5 channels on it. i have tried to install programes that i have taken from the net onto it via a memory stick but had no luck. Any help would be much appreciated,
