you cant do anything ,its not your box its the whole of virgin across birmingham at least, just have to wait till theyve fixed it

Hi Guys,
Sorry to be thick but my dreambox is down too. (West Midlands). Is this the usual change of codes and we just have to wait for someone brilliant to figure the new code or is this something different this time? All the services have gone. I seem to remember last year, when they changed the codes, we could still receive the free channels such as BBC1 etc. This time, everything seems to be off air though internet working perfect. Could someone post an explanation aimed at the digitally illiterate??? Please.
