seen this happen in vienna one year and the year after 2 mates where doing a double jump when one let go 2 early and nearly killed him.There where ppl running about screaming my gf was in tears and i stood there thinking it they were taking the piss
Bungee jumper nearly strangled

(Monday, August 1, 2005) - At Prater park in Vienna, Austria, a 20-year-old man was injured during a bungee jump when he became entangled in his cord and was nearly strangled. The cord wrapped around the man's head while he was bouncing after jumping from a 180-foot platform. A ride attendant was able to revive the victim, who was taken to a hospital for treatment.
