Hot on the heels of our revelation of the iPod-docking vacuum cleaner the other day, comes another invention so ridiculous that it could only be true.
Or invented in Japan.
Or both. Meet the YouTube microwave, news of which reaches us via our good friends at Pocket Lint.
The concept, as explained on the lovely homepage that its inventors have put together, is that you should choose a YouTube video that corresponds to your cooking time, then watch your clip while you wait for the ding.
I'm not sure that this is what the term 'convergence' was coined for. But I'll check. Once I'm done watching my ready meal and cooking my computer.
