    MMS wierdness

Now there will be a few on here that will doubt the validity of the statement below but i swear down its god honest truth..

i sent my friend a MMS from my phone, namely a pitcure of her dog and my dog playing together.. (i was looking after it)

when she came to pick the dog up later in the day she asked.. "who's phone did i send the MMS from..?" i said mine.. she said "look at this.." so i did..

the message on her phone came from another number not mine, not even close to mine..

obvioulsy when she received my MMS she replied to it saying.."arr how cute", the number shown as my MMS then replied saying "What is cute" she said "the picture you sent".. sorry the user said.. i didnt send you any picture..

How the funk did a message i sent from my phone show up on my friends phone as being sent by a completely different number..?????

You dont send anything directly, it goes to the phone companies server first to be forwarded on "when traffic allows"

Its just been a glitch on the server more than likely, and this is also the reason that sometimes when you send a message it can take days to arrive.
