Search options for 3 Letters

I've been running in to brand names that are 3 letters. Examples Kia or BMW. Always comes back with results not found. Can their be an exception added in the automotive search criteria?

Google search it like this: BMW site:http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk

Or use the asterisk wildcard to add a letter BMW*
