KINDLE PAPER WHITE HAS FROZE

Hi would anyone have any ideas about Kindle paperwhites , my kindle has froze on the screen with the tree and the boy reading under it , I have tried the 40 second hold button restart but it just keeps flashing twice then back to same screen, my laptop will not even find the drive wen plugged in.

I have contact Amazon customer service and they were not very helpful ,

it seems to be froze with a reboot loop scenario.

any help would be appreciated

Hi there, try this fix

1) first floor window near busy road

2) open said window

3) hold said device then select "STFO"
(Sling the fing out)

job done, no need to worry
