    Any one ever had issue with DHL

    I bought some stuff from onlyda china after posting they send me tracking number
    the DHL ask me to pay taxes of 16 pounds which I was glade to pay at that time but the item never moved from hongkong because I was told the postage tag got lost so they managed to resend the parcel now after getting the parcel in Manchester the DHL are demanding me to pay another 16 pounds towards the taxes which I have all ready paid, I have made the payment via debit card and I am standing firm.
    Lads you need to remember never pay DHL or any carriers in advance unless the parcel has arrived in UK mainland.
    Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

      Don't know how you do it

      but dhl are just collecting the tax, you can ring tax man and pay

      get the info you need then play with site it locks out if you play with it

      i can't even get on it from home now

          Ya I will be going to Inland Revenue tomorrow to find out if they have been paying taxes I bought stuff from china over the last 5 years.....
