Onfo on Library/Paylists for DVD Music on HDD

Does anyone know of a programme ortwo that will enableme to burn my music DVD's to HDD and the be able to create playlists of selected artists, genre, tiltle etc?

Something like Realplayer, Windows Media or Classic. A sort of jukebox simulator.

I can save my music videos to HDD in vatious formats but can not access the titles & songs only play complete videos.

Is there something that can search the HDD and extract the video info to create a catelogue? There seems to be a multitude of applications for CD's MP3 but not DVD.

    Cheers

Good first post, I am interested in any replies to this thread. Normally newbies first posts are in the introduction section here Introduce Yourself but hey ho.

I am using a seperate HDD for my collection of Music, Movies, Photo's and I am playing them with XBMC, an excellent free software package, altho I haven't fully got to grips with it yet... why there ain't 40 hours in a day I will never know.
There is a supplied one that comes with windows 7, media centre, it looks good on first inspection, but again, I haven't fully explored it yet.
