british virgin islands

Has any one been to british virgin islands. Its my wife birthday in the beginning of of November and because it a big one i am planning on taking her some were nice.I would like to know how expensive eating and drinking are there and what the weather like in late October early November

Had a day in Tortola in 06 on a cruise lovely place, that was end of October and the weather was brill, not sure what prices were like for meals just had a few drinks in pussers rum bar and didnt seem expensive. British virgin isles are in the carribean as you know and to be honest they are all look the same to me.
