    Drum kit

I need advice, my lad is looking to get a drum kit for his birthday but not sure what type etc, he played for 3 years in school and now mates in college are playing instruments, what is a decent make but not too expensive ??

    Hi Mate
    Played them meself for years.
If I were you and I thought he'd stick with it I'd go for a good second hand set rather than a cheap new set

    Something like Pearl Export.
Have a look at the sets in www.musicstore.com and see what he likes and then try to get a second hand set. That way you'll get cymbals and all

Yeah, can't really go wrong with a Pearl Export. Premier are decent too, but you might want to check this out:

I play a Drum World UK jazz kit at home, can't fault it. Just bought an electric geeeeeeeetar now so that should be fun.
