Help with stuff.rar location

I have just started tryng to use the TOTAL SPOONFED NEWBIES GUIDE TO DREAMBOX 500C and in the what you need section the following link does not work

Can anyone please point to somewhere wher I can get teh stuff .rar or an alternative
