    Pain reducing poses for hands,eyes etc...

    This is from yoga(poses) for body from indian scripture,I'm posting here important poses only

    For wrist pain reducing --

    Make a fist with the thumbs finger inside and rotate completely few times around the wrist,this pose
    should not be done if there is no pain.

    The above pose reduces pain caused by using mouse... etc,do this(clenching) until pain is reduced.

    This reduces pain in eyes caused by looking at monitor...etc.First the rotational viewing has to be done if u don't get benefit by this do the other one.
    Note -- The author has wrongly mentioned about the no of times the eyes are to be rotated,rotate only until pain is reduced,do like this for other poses also.

    This reduces back pain,be in this position until pain is reduced
