a friend of mine put a bet on with william hill when she went to collect her winnings she was told that she had won ?12,000 yes ?12,000 but with it being over ?10,000 she would have to come back the day after.When she went back the day after she was told the bet was wrong and she was offered ?6,000 she refused and has started legal action against william hill.In the mean time she put a similar bet on at another william hill shop and won. Nothing was said at the other shop but the winnings weren't as much.this doesn't seem fair to me what do you think kim.

Get a tip off her for me. Has she worked out exactly what she won. if she has won ?12000 then they can't just pay half the amount out.
Unless the settler made a mistake in his calculations the first time.

The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'. -
contact trading standards and the official betting orginisation google and you will find both but if you want a quicker result contact head office of the bookmaker and tell them your going to make it public news...papers,tv etc...you will get a result in 1 day !
