hey guys i posted one video on youtube recorded in public and one part of video was in one restaurant, and in background restaurant they had one song playing and youtube said it is me breaking copyright law ????? WTF i didnt use that song it was just playing in background , so how is that my violating youtube policy ??????????

Broadcasting rights mate. Unless you have permission from maker then you are not supposed to have in video even if it was not your fault the music was there in the first place....

youtube pish nowdays, but its in the background and you recorded it so they will quote the copyright pish

Did watch youtube vid and guy added noises to vid and text saying why

did read comment about “2 seconds of music....”

would be guess that someone rockstar or the performance rights folks had a go at youtube and they pulling plug
