Any way to download the file on MEGA?

I want to download a 15GB file that was uploaded onMEGA.nz. However, after 5GB downloaded, the server announce that "Mega transfer quota exceeded" and it told me to wait for the next 6 hours to continue my download. I urgently need the file. Can anyone help me? I tried to create a new account but it seems like the MEGA server tracked my IP address and my problem wasn't solved.

you need to use a VPN and change servers every 5GB downloaded. You're correct in saying mega does quota you based on connected IP address.
